Return Policy

1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Paper rolls, receipt paper, and consumables
  • Products with tampered seals
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Products not purchased from ParcelPOS

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email or call us with your order number
  2. Get Approval: Our team will verify and approve the return
  3. Ship the Product: Use the return label provided (for manufacturing defects)
  4. Inspection: We inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
  5. Refund/Exchange: Process completed within 5-7 business days

5. Return Shipping

  • Manufacturing defects: Free return shipping (prepaid label provided)
  • Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping cost

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different model/variant of the same product
  • Replacement for defective items

Subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Report within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging
  4. We will arrange pickup and replacement
