1. Return Window
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Paper rolls, receipt paper, and consumables
- Products with tampered seals
- Items damaged by customer
- Products not purchased from ParcelPOS
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Email or call us with your order number
- Get Approval: Our team will verify and approve the return
- Ship the Product: Use the return label provided (for manufacturing defects)
- Inspection: We inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
- Refund/Exchange: Process completed within 5-7 business days
5. Return Shipping
- Manufacturing defects: Free return shipping (prepaid label provided)
- Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping cost
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different model/variant of the same product
- Replacement for defective items
Subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged product:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging
- We will arrange pickup and replacement
