ParcelPOS offers the following products and services:

  • Software (SaaS): ParcelPOS Restaurant Billing Software - delivered digitally
  • Hardware: Thermal printers, Bluetooth printers for billing
  • Consumables: Thermal paper rolls, receipt paper for printers

2. Software Delivery (Digital)

ParcelPOS billing software is a cloud-based SaaS product with digital delivery:

  • Mobile App: Download from Google Play Store - instant access
  • Desktop App: Download from our website - instant access
  • Account Activation: Immediate upon successful payment

No physical shipping is required for software subscriptions. You will receive login credentials and download links via email immediately after purchase.

3. Hardware Shipping Coverage

For physical products (printers, paper rolls), we ship across India:

  • Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad
  • Tier 2 Cities: Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and more
  • Other Areas: Most pin codes across India

For remote areas, delivery times may vary. Contact us to confirm delivery availability for your pin code.

4. Hardware Delivery Timelines

5. Shipping Charges

For Printers:

  • Free Shipping: On all printer orders

For Paper Rolls & Consumables:

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500

6. Order Processing

Software Orders:

  • Instant activation upon payment confirmation
  • Login credentials sent via email immediately

Hardware Orders:

  1. Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment
  2. Order confirmation email with details
  3. Tracking information sent via email/SMS once shipped

7. Tracking Your Hardware Order

Once your hardware order is shipped, you can track it using:

  • Tracking link sent to your email/SMS
  • Courier partner's website using the tracking number
  • Contact our support team with your order number

8. Packaging & Handling

We ensure safe delivery of all hardware products:

  • Printers: Securely packed with foam protection and original box
  • Paper Rolls: Shrink-wrapped bundles to prevent damage
  • All products include warranty card and user manual where applicable

9. Delivery Instructions

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Provide accurate address and phone number
  • Check the package for external damage before accepting
  • If package appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • Test the printer within 24 hours of receiving

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product or your shipment is lost:

  1. Report within 24 hours of delivery (for damage)
  2. Take photos of the damaged package and product
  3. Contact our support with order number and photos
  4. We will arrange replacement at no extra cost
