Welcome to ParcelPOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ParcelPOS mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cloudstier Solution Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using ParcelPOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParcelPOS is a restaurant point-of-sale (POS) application that provides:

• Order management and processing
• Menu and inventory management
• Table management for dine-in orders
• Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) generation
• Receipt and bill printing
• Sales reports and analytics
• GST-compliant billing
• Offline-first functionality

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use ParcelPOS, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

ParcelPOS offers various subscription plans. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Current pricing is available on our website.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for refund inquiries.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ParcelPOS to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Service for any illegal business activities
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or business information

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you input into ParcelPOS. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.2 Data Backup

While we provide backup features, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure or user error.

6.3 Data Export

You can export your data at any time. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

The ParcelPOS application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Cloudstier Solution Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ParcelPOS for your business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application.

8. Third-Party Integrations

ParcelPOS may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, printers, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ParcelPOS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information
• Security of data transmission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudstier Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloudstier Solution Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ParcelPOS at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
