1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 Trial Period
The trial fee of ₹99 is non-refundable. However, if you face any technical issues during the trial, please contact our support team.
1.2 Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions
- Within 7 days: Full refund if not satisfied with the service
- After 7 days: No refunds for partial months/years
- Technical issues: Pro-rata refund may be issued for extended downtime
2. Hardware/Product Refunds
2.1 Eligibility
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products with manufacturing defects qualify for replacement/refund
2.2 Process
- Contact support with order number and reason
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Ship the product back (prepaid label provided for defects)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the product
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Paper rolls and consumables (once opened)
- Customized or configured devices
- Products damaged due to misuse
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- UPI/Bank: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Wallet: 1-2 business days
