Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Trial Period

The trial fee of ₹99 is non-refundable. However, if you face any technical issues during the trial, please contact our support team.

1.2 Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if not satisfied with the service
  • After 7 days: No refunds for partial months/years
  • Technical issues: Pro-rata refund may be issued for extended downtime

2. Hardware/Product Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products with manufacturing defects qualify for replacement/refund

2.2 Process

  1. Contact support with order number and reason
  2. Our team will verify and approve the request
  3. Ship the product back (prepaid label provided for defects)
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the product

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Paper rolls and consumables (once opened)
  • Customized or configured devices
  • Products damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • UPI/Bank: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet: 1-2 business days
