Download ParcelPOS from the Google Play Store, open the app, and follow the setup wizard. You'll enter your restaurant name, create a menu, and configure your printer. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. For a guided walkthrough, book a free demo.
First, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Go to Settings > Printer Configuration and try re-pairing. Make sure the printer is charged and within range (10m for Bluetooth). Go to Menu Management in the app. Tap the + button to add a new item, or tap any existing item to edit. You can set categories, prices, variants (like sizes), and addons (like toppings). Changes are reflected immediately in the billing screen.
Yes! With the Pro plan, you can use ParcelPOS on multiple devices simultaneously. Enable Cloud Sync in settings, and all devices will stay in sync. Orders placed on one device appear on all others.
Open ParcelPOS, go to Settings > Subscription, and tap "Upgrade to Pro". You can pay via UPI, credit card, or bank transfer. The upgrade is instant — you'll have unlimited orders immediately.
If you have Cloud Sync enabled, simply log into ParcelPOS on your new phone and your data will be restored from the cloud. Without Cloud Sync, you can use the local backup feature to transfer data via file sharing.
