There is no limit on the number of staff profiles you can create. Whether you have 3 staff or 30, each person gets their own PIN login and role assignment. You can also deactivate profiles for staff who leave without deleting their historical data.
ParcelPOS comes with four default roles: Owner (full access to everything), Manager (all operations except settings changes), Waiter (order taking and table management), and Cashier (billing and payment collection). You can customise these or create additional roles specific to your restaurant.
