Connect Your Printer

Go to Settings, select Printer Setup, and scan for Bluetooth devices or connect via USB. Select your printer and run a test print to confirm it works.

Configure Print Settings

Set your paper width, add your restaurant name and GSTIN, choose what information appears on KOTs and receipts, and adjust formatting to your preference.

Print Automatically

From now on, KOTs print at the kitchen when orders are placed, and receipts print at the counter when bills are settled. No manual printing needed.

ParcelPOS works with any thermal printer that supports the ESC/POS protocol, which includes virtually all thermal printers sold in India. Popular brands like Epson, TVS, RUGTEK, and generic Chinese printers (commonly available on Amazon India and local electronics shops for Rs. 2000-5000) all work without issues.
Yes. You can set up different printers for different roles. A common setup is a Bluetooth printer in the kitchen (for wireless convenience) and a USB printer at the billing counter (for reliability). ParcelPOS routes prints to the correct printer automatically based on the type of document.
ParcelPOS holds failed prints in a queue and shows a notification. When the printer reconnects (or you fix the issue), pending prints are sent automatically. For Bluetooth printers, the app attempts to reconnect every few seconds. Your orders and bills are never lost.
