Setup Guide

Configure Payment Methods

Go to ParcelPOS Settings and navigate to Payment Methods. Enable the payment types you accept: Cash, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Digital Wallet. You can add custom payment method names if needed.

Set Up UPI (Optional QR Display)

For UPI, you can optionally configure your merchant UPI ID to display a QR code on the bill. Customers scan the QR to pay directly. The payment is recorded in ParcelPOS when you confirm receipt.

Connect Card Machine (If Applicable)

If you use a standalone card machine (Pine Labs, Razorpay POS, etc.), process the card payment on the machine and select "Card" as the payment method in ParcelPOS. The transaction is linked to the order.

Start Accepting Payments

During billing, select the payment method used by the customer. For split payments, add multiple payment methods with their respective amounts. The receipt reflects the payment method(s) used.

ParcelPOS records and tracks payment methods used for each order. Actual payment processing (UPI transfer, card swipe) happens through your existing payment infrastructure (UPI apps, card machines). ParcelPOS logs which method was used and the amount for reporting purposes.
Yes. ParcelPOS supports split payments across multiple methods. A customer can pay Rs. 500 in cash and Rs. 300 via UPI for the same order. Both amounts are recorded separately, and the receipt shows the split.
ParcelPOS tracks all orders paid via UPI with the total amount. At end of day, you can view the total UPI amount from the payment report and reconcile it against your bank statement or UPI app transaction history.
No. ParcelPOS does not charge any transaction fees or commissions. Your payment gateway or bank may charge processing fees for card and UPI transactions, but these are between you and your payment provider.
Yes. Beyond the default methods (Cash, UPI, Card, Wallet), you can add custom payment method names like "Sodexo", "Meal Voucher", "Corporate Account", or any other method relevant to your business.
