Swiggy & Zomato POS Integration

Manage Swiggy and Zomato Orders Right from Your POS

Aggregator Integration

Stop juggling multiple tablets for delivery orders. ParcelPOS integrates with Swiggy and Zomato so all your orders, whether walk-in, phone, or aggregator, flow into a single unified system. One screen, one workflow, zero chaos.

Benefits

Single Screen for All Orders

Swiggy and Zomato orders appear directly in your ParcelPOS order list alongside dine-in and takeaway orders. No need to manage separate tablets or switch between multiple apps. One unified view for your entire operation.

Automatic KOT Generation

When an aggregator order comes in, ParcelPOS automatically generates a KOT and sends it to the kitchen printer or display. Your kitchen receives the order instantly without any manual intervention.

Consolidated Reporting

See Swiggy and Zomato revenue alongside your direct sales in unified reports. Understand what percentage of your business comes from each channel. Compare performance across platforms with clear analytics.

Reduced Order Errors

Manually copying orders from aggregator tablets to your POS is error-prone. With direct integration, orders are received digitally with exact item details, variants, and instructions. Zero manual data entry means zero transcription errors.

Menu Sync Across Platforms

Manage your menu in ParcelPOS and push updates to aggregator platforms. When you mark an item as out of stock, it reflects across Swiggy and Zomato. Consistent menu management from a single source of truth.

Setup Guide

1

Enable Aggregator Integration

Go to ParcelPOS Settings and navigate to the Integrations section. Select "Swiggy" or "Zomato" to begin the connection process. You will need your restaurant ID from the respective platform.

2

Link Your Restaurant Account

Enter your Swiggy or Zomato restaurant credentials and authorize ParcelPOS to receive orders on your behalf. The linking process involves a one-time verification to ensure your restaurant identity.

3

Map Your Menu Items

ParcelPOS will attempt to match your aggregator menu with your POS menu automatically. Review and confirm the mapping for each item. This ensures aggregator orders display correctly with your internal item names.

4

Start Receiving Orders

Once linked, aggregator orders start flowing into ParcelPOS automatically. Each order is tagged with the platform name (Swiggy/Zomato) and includes all item details, delivery address, and customer instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The aggregator may require their official tablet to be active for certain operations like accepting/rejecting orders on their platform. However, for order viewing, KOT generation, and kitchen management, ParcelPOS handles everything. Check with your aggregator representative for their specific tablet requirements.
Aggregator orders require internet to be received since they originate from Swiggy/Zomato servers. However, once an order is received in ParcelPOS, it is stored locally. Even if the internet drops after receiving the order, you can continue processing it, print KOTs, and complete billing offline.
ParcelPOS tracks the gross order value from aggregator orders. Commissions charged by Swiggy and Zomato are reconciled separately through their respective partner dashboards. Your ParcelPOS reports show the total revenue received from each platform.
Yes. You can pause the aggregator integration from Settings at any time. This is useful during peak dine-in hours when you want to temporarily stop accepting online orders. Re-enable with a single toggle when ready.
Swiggy and Zomato integration is included in the ParcelPOS Pro plan at no additional cost. There is no per-order fee or separate integration charge from ParcelPOS. You only pay the standard Pro plan fee of Rs. 7,000/year.
